Time to get back on the horse..or the Yak as the case maybe

I've been ill for quite long enough I think thank you very much, so it's time I try to get myself out there and start doing what I used to be good at. Being creative, I'm not sure what will turn up here but I'm going to try stick something up here once a day just to get back in the habit of doing things and working to deadlines again..this could get messy!
